The backstory…

I’d been teaching English at a Korean university for 6 years when it was becoming very clear that this was no longer the work I was meant to do. I was stressed out, overwhelmed, and on the verge of burn out. So I started looking into becoming a certified coach. But none of the courses I found met my criteria.

So I continued to teach for 3 more years. By this time, I was fully burnt out. With an anxiety attack behind me, I took proactive steps to start living the life my soul wanted me to.

But the most meaningful part of the course was being partnered with a fellow coach-in-training to practice an entire live 3-month coaching series. I learned so much by practicing with my coaching buddy. It helped me get an inside perspective to what it means to be coached, and solidified my understanding of the deep integrity of the Beautiful You Coaching approach.

And as a bonus, my buddy and I are now biz BFFs, supporting each other personally and professionally on our entrepreneurial coaching journeys.
