The Mind Palace of an Energy Worker

Describing energy work to someone who has limited experience with energy healing has been an interesting challenge.

How do you describe something that seems so mysterious and yet truly transforms our behavior?

This is how I described it to someone recently:

The mystery of it all hinges on the fact that a lot of energy work seems to happen in one's head (or mind palace, as I like to say... hat tip to Cumberbatch's Sherlock Holmes for that one🕵🏼‍♂️).

In truth, to do energy work, we're using something much like our imagination.

The reason energy work works is because life is energy. Everything has an energetic frequency… everything has a vibration.

So knowing this, when we set an intention to work on a particular energetic block (could be emotional, physical, spiritual...) the potential for a shift is there because of this truth.

I'm sure you understand the power of visualization. This is similar.

One of the visualizations I tap into when I'm working with my clients is the visual of spiritual strands of DNA. 🧬 I'm not going into your physical DNA or anything. I'm not a geneticist. 😝

But I work with the concept that humans are born with energetic blocks on their energy system (which I call spiritual DNA), and my task is to work with your spirit guides to remove these blocks.

If I hadn't experienced my own powerful transformation, I wouldn't believe this work. It's really unbelievable.

And I think that's one thing about energy work: you need to suspend disbelief.

It's not something we can see. It's something we learn to trust. 💜
