In numerology (the study of the energetic vibration and metaphysical meaning of numbers), 11 is considered to be a master number. Essentially, this number holds high vibrations.
But you don't need to understand numerology to feel this.
Each time 11.11 magically appears in your life, it feels like the Universe is winking at you, right?
That's because it is!

Pay attention to what you were doing or thinking when you saw 1111.
The first thing to do is to pay attention to what you were doing or thinking at the moment that you saw 1111.
You might see 1111 on the clock (that's the most common place), but you might see it in a phone number, on a car license plate, or anywhere! At that moment, what you were thinking or what you were doing was significant.
It may not be the whole picture, but it is a sign that you’re on the right path.
So for example, if you were thinking about what you’re going to eat for dinner tonight. It means that you're on the right path, and you should be thinking about what you’re going to eat for dinner tonight. You might even get an answer as to what you're going to eat by just celebrating and enjoying the fact that you were thinking that you were thinking of that when you saw 11 11.
Now, you might also have been thinking of a decision that you want to make in your life… a challenging decision. Seeing 1111 is a sign that you’re right in contemplating that decision.
It’s the universe letting you know that contemplating this decision is important and that an answer is on the way.

When you celebrate this, you're telling the universe that you're listening.
It's the same thing when you're communicating with a friend. Your friend wants to know you're listening, so you're going to nod and ask follow-up questions when they’re talking. The more they see you’re engaged, the more they want to share.
It's the same thing when you're communicating with the Universe. By celebrating the fact that you saw 1111 (or any synchronicity really), you’re telling the Universe you want more magic!
Ask for clarity - Why did I see 1111?
It's important to ask for clarity. To do this you you might want to ask your guides or sit down in meditation and ask,
Why is 1111 showing up for me?
Or ask your higher self.
Also exploring the meaning of 1111 via other channels like the internet or books can be very revealing.
But just asking for clarity will help you define this sign a little bit better.
Be patient.
You might ask for clarity and of course, you expect the answer right away. Or you expect the answer in a certain way at a certain time. That's just not how it works.
You have to be patient with the timing of the answer or the meaning. It will come when it needs to come. The Universe communicates when it needs to communicate, and when it believes it's for your highest good.
